Escrow Services

At Uprising Investments, LLC, we offer a variety of Escrow services in Texas and New Mexico. If you are interested in having your loan portfolio serviced for your customers, we would be happy to speak to you today! We pride ourselves in our customer service with our lenders and borrowers and specialize in the services below.

  • Collecting payments on Borrower Accounts.
  • Payments are deposited as the day they are received. On the 4th business day, the Investor will receive their distribution of principle and interest.
  • Maintain detailed Insurance claim information on Borrower Accounts.
  • Accurate payment and history records of Borrower Accounts.
  • Collection calls made and collection letters mailed on delinquent accounts weekly.
  • Demand Letters sent on severely delinquent accounts and coordination with Attorney if it goes to Foreclosure.
  • Annual Escrow Analysis and Payment Coupons mailed to the Borrower.
  • Reporting mortgage interest to the IRS.
  • Payoff and Verification of Mortgages sent upon request.
  • Any other Escrow Services not listed can be requested.
  • Handling accounts in bankruptcy.

We have a large network of Private Hard-Money Lenders that will lend on various loans and scenarios. Uprising Investments, LLC is not a licensed originator. Foreclosure, Rehab Services, and Sell Your Assets

Foreclosure, Rehab Services, and Sell Your Assets

Our foreclosure services include the following:

  • Work with Attorney of choice in foreclosing.
  • Verify if Borrower has vacated the property.
  • Be present for Eviction with Justice of the Peace.
  • Rekey property once possession has been granted.

Our rehab services include the following:

  • Two quotes for repairs as deemed necessary and presented to Investor.
  • Will be the contact between the Investor and the Contractor if requested.
  • Monitor rehab progress and issue payment to contractor in draws.
  • Pictures of Before and After provided.

Our Realtor services include the following:

  • We work with Century 21 The Edge to help sell assets in the Investor’s portfolio. This gives us a larger network to assist in finding the perfect realtor for your need in all of Texas and New Mexico should you need one.
  • If you choose to use a realtor within a different brokerage, we can help assist as well.
