When a Mortgage Broker has a client that needs private funding, one of our Investors will commit to financing the Broker’s client; then we work with the Attorney, Broker, and Title Company to get it to a funded status. We see many of the loans from application to funding, then service those loans.
Also, if a loan were to go into a foreclosure status, Uprising Investments, LLC not only can initiate the foreclosure proceedings and work with the attorney of choice, we also help with evictions. Our service goes beyond that with our network of realtors within Century 21 The Edge that can assist in selling an asset in an Investor’s portfolio if needed.
